A Better Way to Train Through Motherhood

Tailored for mothers and mothers-to-be, these sessions build confidence, strengthen the pelvic floor and core, and ensure safe progression during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Clients also benefit from being part of our supportive motherhood community.

Pregnancy and motherhood transform your body. We use personal training and pilates to help build strength and endurance, aiding you as you adapt to pregnancy or recover with intention.

  • Deep Core & Pelvic Floor – Rebuild internal stability, support diastasis recti recovery, improve bladder control

  • Controlled functional movement – Improve posture, spinal mobility, and joint stability—low impact, high control.

  • Progressive resistance with weights – Build glute, back, leg, and shoulder strength for lifting, carrying, and daily demands.

What We Offer:

 Personal Training

One-on-one sessions for expecting or new mothers, combining core rehabilitation with progressive resistance training. Safely build strength for pregnancy, birth, and recovery.

Reformer Pilates

Spring-loaded reformer training adapted for every trimester and postpartum stage. Rebuild deep core control, pelvic floor function, and full-body alignment after birth.

Pre Natal Conditioning

Train safely through all three trimesters with exercises that strengthen your glutes, back, pelvic floor, and deep core. Reduce discomfort and prepare your body for labour.

Post Natal Care

Rebuild your body from the inside out after delivery. Focus on diastasis recti recovery, pelvic floor health, and progressive return to full strength with weights.

Who Is This For

  • Any trimester. First-time mums or experienced. Previous lifters or beginners.

  • 6+ weeks post-birth. C-section recovery welcome.

  • Lower back pain, pelvic girdle pain, SPD (symphysis pubis dysfunction), diastasis recti, weak pelvic floor.

  • You want real, usable strength for carrying a car seat, toddler, groceries, and your own body.
