2-1 Small Group PT

Want to share your fitness journey with a friend or partner while spending quality time together in a healthy way? Train with a friend or partner and enjoy the motivation of working together at a cost-effective option. Just like 1-on-1 coaching, every session is customised to both your goals and abilities while keeping it fun and results-driven.

Body Recomposition

More than weight loss. Body recomposition is about shifting your body's composition, building lean muscle while reducing fat. We combine structured training, metabolic screening and data-driven programming to ensure every session moves you toward a measurable outcome. Whether you're starting out or breaking through a plateau, our coaches build a plan that works with your physiology, not against it.

Athlete Strength & Conditioning

Expert programming for competitive and developing athletes. Building the strength, power, and resilience to perform at your best and stay there. We work across team and individual sport, integrating load management, movement quality and performance testing into every training block. Whether you're preparing for competition or building your foundation, our coaches bring the same rigour we apply to elite sport.

Pre & Postnatal Fitness

Training during pregnancy and postpartum can be empowering when done safely. Our coaches are experienced in guiding women through each trimester and the months after childbirth. We focus on core and pelvic floor health, breathing mechanics, strength maintenance, and functional movement to support a smooth pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. We work closely with your pelvic floor physiotherapist.

Mobility & Functional Movement

Mobility is the foundation of all movement. If you’re feeling stiff, stuck, or movement limitations, we assess and address your restrictions using strength, mobility drills, and breathwork. This isn’t just stretching, it's strategic work to help you improve posture, joint health, and movement efficiency so you can lift better, run faster, and feel more free in your body.

Boxing

Boxing is more than just throwing punches, it’s a dynamic, full-body workout that sharpens the body and the mind. Our boxing training combines skill development with conditioning to create a powerful and engaging fitness experience. Each session blends footwork, punching techniques, and evasion drills with complementary conditioning such as skipping, circuit training, and bodyweight exercises.

Pilates

Pilates was designed to promote functional and sustainable movement patterns, with a strong focus on deep core strength. By combining controlled breathwork with precise movement, Pilates engages both the smaller stabilising muscles and the primary movers of the body. We offer both Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates, ensuring clients can train with variety, challenge, and progression under expert guidance.
