Our Facility at OUE Downtown Gallery is a 5500 sq ft integrated health and fitness hub in the heart of Singapore’s central business district which comprises 8 Physiotherapists and 9 Personal Trainers specialising in a wide range of services, including post-operative rehabilitation, acute injury management, chronic pain management, strength and conditioning, reformer Pilates, pre/post-natal care, boxing, and personal training.

We also offer customised nutrition and exercise physiology services to help you improve overall health and manage chronic conditions.

Just like 1-on-1 coaching, every session is customised to both your goals and abilities while keeping it fun and results-driven.

Pre & Post Natal

We provide specialised care for pelvic girdle pain, back pain, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor dysfunction during pregnancy and postpartum. During pregnancy, we help you stay strong and mobile while preparing your body for labour. After birth, we rebuild core stability and guide your safe return to exercise.

Corporate Group Training

  • The main gym floor is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, trusted by athletes worldwide. It serves as our dedicated space, providing a comprehensive range of equipment in a comfortable setting to support your health and fitness journey.

  • The clinic features eight physio rooms, each equipped with the latest technology to support a wide range of personalised therapy sessions in a private and comfortable environment.

     Held in a dedicated rehab space, our Reformer Pilates sessions provide a serene experience with cutting edge equipment for one-on-one training.

  • The Bear Cave offers a warm and friendly environment. It is a spacious and private indoor area used for one-on-one training or group training sessions led by our specialist coaches, including strength and conditioning, personal training, calisthenics, boxing, and pre/post-natal training.

  • We understand the importance of refreshing after a gym session. That's why we maintain high standards with our modern, well-equipped changing rooms, providing everything you need to get ready and start your day.
