Boxing is more than just throwing punches, it’s a dynamic, full-body workout that sharpens the body and the mind. Our boxing training combines skill development with conditioning to create a powerful and engaging fitness experience. Each session blends footwork, punching techniques, and evasion drills with complementary conditioning such as skipping, circuit training, and bodyweight exercises.

Pilates

Pilates was designed to promote functional and sustainable movement patterns, with a strong focus on deep core strength. By combining controlled breathwork with precise movement, Pilates engages both the smaller stabilising muscles and the primary movers of the body. We offer both Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates, ensuring clients can train with variety, challenge, and progression under expert guidance.

Train with a friend or partner and enjoy the motivation of working together at a cost-effective option. Just like 1-on-1 coaching, every session is customised to both your goals and abilities while keeping it fun and results-driven.

Pre & Post Natal

Tailored for mothers and mothers-to-be, these sessions build confidence, strengthen the pelvic floor and core, and ensure safe progression during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Clients also benefit from being part of our supportive motherhood community.

Corporate Group Training

As a premium physiotherapy clinic, COMO Orchard clients also have access to the following services. Please note that these services are separate from physiotherapy treatment and incur additional charges:

  • The Evolt 360 body composition analysis is an advanced, non-invasive scan provides detailed insights into your body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, basal metabolic rate (BMR), visceral fat, body age, and overall fitness score. With cloud-based tracking, you can monitor progress and stay accountable. The Evolt 360 gives you real, actionable data to personalise your training and nutrition, whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or overall health improvement.

  • ForceDecks measures ground reaction forces (power, asymmetry, neuromuscular control) during jumps and squats. Dynamo measures isolated muscle strength and range of motion. Together, they deliver objective, repeatable data for evidence-based programming, early asymmetry detection, and comprehensive strength profiling across all clients.

  • A hyperbaric oxygen chamber delivers pressurised 100% oxygen to accelerate tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and enhance recovery from injury or surgery. This non-invasive therapy boosts cognitive function and cellular regeneration, supporting resilience, vitality, and healing at the deepest level.

  • Hot and cold therapy alternates between vasodilation (heat) and vasoconstriction (cold) to flush metabolic waste, reduce inflammation, and accelerate muscle recovery.
