The SCA Experience Pack is built for that moment.
It is a structured, three-part introduction to the SCA integrated approach, combining a health assessment, three personal training sessions, and a specialist service of your choice. Every step connects to the next. Every session is informed by what came before it. From day one, you are training with purpose, not just effort.
What Is Included
Step 1. Health Assessment (30 minutes)
Every SCA journey begins with understanding where you are. Your health assessment covers your movement history, current goals, physical benchmarks, and any pain or injury considerations. This is what makes everything that follows precise, not generic.
Step 2. Personal Training (3 x 60 minutes)
Three full personal training sessions, each guided by a specialist trainer with clinical and performance expertise. Sessions are built around your assessment findings and progressed with intent. You will leave each session knowing exactly what you worked on and why.
Step 3. Choose Your Add-On
Customise your pack with one specialist service:
Physiotherapy Session (30 minutes). For clients managing pain, recovering from injury, or wanting a clinical movement screen.
Nutrition Consultation (45 minutes). For clients looking to align their nutrition with their training and performance goals.
Boxing Session (45 minutes). For clients who want to add conditioning, coordination, and intensity to their introduction.
