Originally from Bristol, UK, Owain relocated to Singapore to continue pursuing his strong passion for sport and movement-based rehabilitation. With professional experience working in both rugby and professional academy football across North West England, Owain has developed a deep understanding of the physical demands of sport and the importance of structured, evidence-based rehabilitation.
Owain places strong emphasis on building confidence in movement and strength to help restore function and work towards meaningful, client-centred goals. He achieves this through a combination of education, clear guidance, and progressive exercise prescription.
His clinical background includes extensive experience within the UK healthcare system, having worked across Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, Chronic Pain, and Musculoskeletal departments. He is also an active member of lower limb special interest groups, with a particular focus on rehabilitation strategies aligned with the evolving evidence base.
Owain specialises in lower limb injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and return to sport, injury prevention, and helping individuals regain confidence with exercise and physical activity. Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find him exploring Singapore’s vibrant food scene — and balancing it out with regular gym sessions. A former avid table tennis player, he’s always keen to dust off the bat for a game or two.
