We offer a diverse range of small group training options designed to fit your unique goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Whether you prefer training indoors or outdoors, with equipment or bodyweight, in a corporate setting or a community-focused group, we have a session for you.

Every class is led by experienced coaches who prioritise proper form, safe progressions, and scalable exercises—ensuring beginners and advanced clients alike can train side by side without compromise. You get the energy, accountability, and camaraderie of a group, combined with the attention to detail and personalisation typically reserved for one-on-one coaching.

2-1 Group PT

Want to share your fitness journey with a friend or partner while spending quality time together in a healthy way? Train with a friend or partner and enjoy the motivation of working together at a cost-effective option. Just like 1-on-1 coaching, every session is customised to both your goals and abilities while keeping it fun and results-driven.

Small Group PT

We provide specialised care for pelvic girdle pain, back pain, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor dysfunction during pregnancy and postpartum. During pregnancy, we help you stay strong and mobile while preparing your body for labour. After birth, we rebuild core stability and guide your safe return to exercise.

Large / Corporate Group Training

Experience the energy of team training with the personalised attention of one-to-one coaching. Led by our expert coaches, each session is tailored to your team’s needs, whether your goal is improving wellbeing, boosting energy, or creating stronger connections at work.

Outdoor Group Training / Bootcamp

Outdoor Group Training offers a fun alternative or a complement to your current workout routine. Enjoy the sun and fresh air while getting a boost of endorphins alongside like-minded individuals. We currently offer two class options and cater to all fitness levels.
