Working closely with physiotherapists, we ensure every movement is safe and effective. Train with a friend or partner for extra motivation and a fun, cost-effective way to stay active. Each session is customised to your goals and abilities, keeping workouts both enjoyable and results-driven.

Sessions include a mix of heavy bag work, pad drills, strength circuits, and conditioning challenges. Whether you’re a seasoned boxer or a beginner seeking a dynamic, full-body workout, BoxCon will help you move faster, hit harder, and feel stronger.
Mat Work Pilates combines breath, core engagement, and mindful movement to improve strength, posture, and body alignment. Low-impact yet effective, it targets deep stabilising muscles and supports injury recovery, cross-training, and overall mobility. Ideal for all fitness levels, it’s also perfect for pre- and postnatal clients, helping build strength, confidence, and safe progression throughout pregnancy and beyond.
This strength and conditioning bootcamp is for everyone. With women-only and mixed classes, we emphasise proper technique, movement fundamentals, and building a stronger you. Using bands, bodyweight exercises, and the hilly terrain of Fort Canning, you'll finish this hour-long bootcamp feeling energized and ready to conquer your goals.
