At Strength Clinic Academy, our corporate small group training sessions are designed to build stronger, healthier teams through structured, performance-driven coaching. Each session is led by experienced professionals who ensure exercises are safe, scalable, and suitable for all fitness levels. Whether your team is focusing on strength, injury prevention, or overall wellbeing, our sessions deliver measurable progress while fostering accountability and team cohesion in a focused small-group setting.

 

 Pre & Postnatal

Pregnancy and postpartum recovery require a tailored approach. Our pre and postnatal training classes are designed to support mothers at every stage, ensuring safe progression and sustainable health.

What you’ll gain from Pre & Postnatal Training:

  • Core and pelvic floor strengthening for stability and recovery

  • Safe, guided exercises that adapt as your body changes

  • Improved mobility and posture to reduce discomfort during and after pregnancy

  • Breathing and relaxation techniques to support delivery and stress management

Our coaches collaborate directly with physiotherapists specialising in women’s health, ensuring every movement is safe and effective. Nutrition guidance and metabolic testing are also available for clients who want additional support with energy management, recovery, and long-term vitality.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates focuses on breath, core activation, and mindful movement to improve alignment, strength, and mobility. Each session targets deep stabilising muscles, supporting posture, balance, and overall movement quality.

Pre- and postnatal clients also benefit from safe progressions that build confidence and strength during pregnancy and recovery.

Callisthenics

Callisthenics is bodyweight training redefined. With expert coaching, you’ll build strength, balance, and control through progressive exercises that require no machines or heavy equipment. Each session develops core stability, mobility, and functional strength that translates into real-world performance.

Bootcamp

This strength and conditioning bootcamp is for everyone. With women only and mixed classes, we emphasise proper technique, movement fundamentals, and building a stronger you. Using bands, bodyweight exercises, and the hilly terrain of Fort Canning, you'll finish this hour-long bootcamp feeling energised and ready to conquer your goals. Plus, enjoy complimentary access to our Evolt 360, a revolutionary body composition scanner to help you track your progress.

 

Location

Location - Fort Canning Green, also known as the Lawn. Nearest Carpark is Fort Canning Carpark A and Nearest Bus Stop is SMU (5-8 min walk).
