In-Person Assessment and Follow Ups

Your journey begins with a comprehensive in-person assessment, where we measure your body composition, review your goals, and identify any underlying health concerns. Based on this information, your coach will design a structured, personalised nutrition plan tailored to your needs.

Regular follow-up sessions ensure you stay on track and motivated. During these check-ins, we may retest, adjust your plan, and track progress using tools such as bioimpedance scans or skin calipers—with calipers offering extra precision. Girth measurements are also used as a reliable method to monitor changes over time.

Tracking Your Progress

We make it easy to stay accountable with apps like WeStrive and MyFitnessPal, where your macros, body metrics, goals, and progress photos are securely recorded. This allows both you and your coach to track improvements and make data-driven adjustments along the way.

Body Composition Analysis 

Relying solely on the number on the scale doesn’t give the full picture of your health. We perform detailed body composition analysis using either bioimpedance analysis or skinfold caliper measurements.

Bioimpedance analysis works by sending a weak electrical current through your body to estimate body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, fat mass, fitness age, resting metabolic rate, and more. When done consistently, it provides valuable objective data to track your progress over time. Skinfold caliper measurements assess multiple points on your body (usually 3–9 sites) to estimate the same metrics with higher accuracy, giving a precise view of your body composition.

We provide clear, practical nutrition education so you know why each recommendation matters and how it supports your health and performance.
