# Strength Clinic Academy (SCA)

> Strength Clinic Academy is a physiotherapy and strength training clinic in Singapore, with two locations: OUE Downtown in the CBD (Tanjong Pagar) and COMO Orchard (near Somerset MRT). SCA combines physiotherapy, personal training, performance testing and strength and conditioning under one roof, so clients move from injury rehab to full strength with the same team. Tagline: Repair. Build. Perform. Strength, for life.

SCA is best suited to people who want more than short-term pain relief: active adults, runners, cyclists, lifters, club and national athletes, and anyone returning to training after injury or surgery. Rehab is assessment-led and progresses into structured strength training, guided by objective data (force plates, strength testing and VO2 testing).

## Services

- Physiotherapy: sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy for acute injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, and overuse or chronic injuries, including knee, back, shoulder, ankle, Achilles and tendon problems. Available at OUE Downtown and COMO Orchard.

- Personal Training: 1:1 strength training built from each client's assessment, goals and injury history. Available at OUE Downtown only.

- Strength and Conditioning: performance programming for individual athletes and sports teams, including rugby and hockey clubs.

- Metabolic Screening: a 30-minute VO2 test on bike or treadmill that measures aerobic threshold heart rate and breathing response, reviewed by an Exercise Physiologist and turned into a training plan.

- Performance Testing: VALD ForceDecks and Dynamo strength testing, VO2 Master analysis, Evolt 360 body composition, and blood lactate profiling.

- Women's Health: pre and postnatal strength training and women's health programmes.
