Rahman’s fitness journey began at just 15, when he discovered a deep passion for bodybuilding. Over five years of competitive training and physique development, he quickly realised that fitness is about more than just aesthetics—it’s a powerful tool for improving mental well-being, resilience, and overall quality of life.

His dedication took him to the competitive stage, with bodybuilding shows across the region, including events in Singapore (2017, 2019) and Kuala Lumpur (2023). These experiences shaped his understanding of discipline, structure, and what it takes to perform at a high level.

Today, Rahman has expanded his athletic focus into endurance sports, especially long-distance running and cycling. He’s currently training with a personal goal of completing a sub-3:30 marathon—proof that strength and stamina can go hand in hand.

With over five years of coaching experience, Rahman has helped clients from all walks of life achieve their goals. His coaching philosophy combines evidence-based programming with motivation and empathy—empowering individuals to train smarter, move better, and build lasting habits for life.
