Originally from Bristol, UK, Owain relocated to Singapore to continue pursuing his passion for sport and movement-based rehabilitation. With professional experience across rugby and elite academy football in North West England, he has developed a strong understanding of the physical demands of sport and the value of structured, evidence-based rehabilitation.

Owain places a strong emphasis on building confidence in movement and strength to restore function and work towards meaningful, client-centred goals. His approach combines education, clear guidance, and progressive exercise prescription to support long-term outcomes.

His clinical background includes extensive experience within the UK healthcare system, having worked across Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, Chronic Pain, and Musculoskeletal services.

He is also an active member of lower-limb special interest groups, with a particular focus on rehabilitation strategies aligned with the evolving evidence base.

Owain specialises in lower-limb injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and return-to-sport planning, injury prevention, and helping individuals regain confidence with exercise and physical activity.

Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find him exploring Singapore’s vibrant food scene, balanced with regular gym sessions. A former avid table tennis player, he’s always keen to dust off the bat for a game or two.
