Hong Yeow is the current captain of the Singapore Wrestling National Team and a two-time SEA Games medalist. Since the age of 19, he has proudly represented Singapore on the international stage, competing at the World, Asian, Commonwealth, and ASEAN Championships. Outside of wrestling, he enjoys exploring other grappling disciplines, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi submission grappling.
His path to physiotherapy was shaped by personal experience. As a young athlete, he often heard that ACL surgery could mark the end of a sporting career. Between 2015 and 2017, he underwent three knee surgeries—but with the support of skilled physiotherapists, he made a full recovery and went on to win his first SEA Games medal in 2019.
That journey sparked his passion for physiotherapy and inspired his commitment to helping others overcome injury and return stronger.
Having lived through the highs and lows of rehabilitation, Hong Yeow brings deep empathy and insight to his practice. He offers personalised, client-focused care, with a strong emphasis on restoring strength, confidence, and long-term resilience in movement.
When he’s not working with clients or competing, you’ll find him on the mats training, lifting in the gym, or enjoying a quiet read in his favourite café
