Raiyan See

Coach

Sc (Hons) Sports Science & Management, NTU

Raiyan's love for sport started young and never settled on just one thing. Years of competitive swimming gave way to more than a decade of squash, representing his school, university and club at national level, with plenty of other sports picked up along the way. That pull toward learning something new led him to a degree in Sports Science and Management at NTU, giving him an academic foundation to back up everything training and competing had already taught him.

Raiyan believes strength isn't just for athletes. Everyone deserves the chance to build it, at any age or stage of life. Many of his clients tell him they wish they'd started sooner, and that's why he takes his role so seriously: not just helping people hit a goal, but helping them build something that lasts. His coaching pairs structured, evidence-based programming with real care for the person in front of him. Every plan is built around what that client actually needs, never a one-size-fits-all template. He's always learning new methods and new sports, the same curiosity that got him here in the first place.

In his own training, Raiyan chases strength numbers in the gym and builds his conditioning through running. He's also a barber, so if his fitness advice doesn't land, his opinion on your haircut probably will.
