Natalie’s sporting journey began in touch rugby before progressing into rugby sevens, where she now represents both a local club and the Singapore Women’s National Team. As her involvement in sport deepened, her understanding of strength training developed alongside it, shaping how she views physical preparation as a key driver of performance, injury prevention, and long-term durability. Through first-hand experience, she learned that building a strong physical foundation is essential, not only for peak performance, but for longevity in both sport and everyday life.

Natalie believes strength training should empower people to move well, stay pain-free, and continue doing what they love for years to come. Whether working with athletes aiming to perform at a high level or individuals seeking to feel stronger and more capable in daily life, her goal is to help clients build resilient, sustainable bodies and find enjoyment in staying active.
When she’s not in the gym or on the field, you’ll find Natalie at home spending time with her cats.
