Mun Kit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Master of Physiotherapy, bringing together strong academic training with hands-on coaching experience.

During his undergraduate years, he worked as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for a university volleyball team, alongside two years as a stretch therapist and freelance personal trainer. This built a solid foundation in movement analysis, exercise prescription and performance-based rehab

With a background in competitive bouldering and current training in weightlifting and Muay Thai, Mun Kit understands the real-world demands of balancing training, recovery and everyday life. He applies this practical perspective when supporting clients of all activity levels.

Mun Kit takes a holistic, goal-driven approach to care, working closely with each client to create realistic strategies that support consistency, performance and long-term outcomes. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him in the gym, on the golf course, or exploring Singapore.
